Me Lisane Dostie,
Chairperson of the Board and Corporate Secretary
Mrs Dostie is currently recruiter for Fitzwilliam, Legal recruiting services. From 1992 to 1993, Me Dostie was an assistant Corporate Secretary for Télé-Métropole Inc. From 1994 to 1996, she held the position of Corporate Secretary at CFCF Inc., TQS and CFCF Cable TV. From 1997 to 2005, she held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Labopharm Inc. She is a senior consultant in governance at the Hay Group. She also acted as director of the Quebec Division of the Canadian Red Cross and La Maison Grise, a shelter for women in difficulty. Mrs Dostie graduated as a Lawyer in 1991.
Normand Beauregard, Director
Since 2004, Mr. Beauregard, acts as Strategic Planning and Business Development consultant and he also teaches marketing at the Université du Québec à Montréal. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Beauregard held the position of Principal Director, Strategic Planning and Strategy, at Secor Group, a communications firm. Mr. Beauregard holds a B.A.A. and a Masters in Marketing from Université de Sherbrooke.
Clément Forget, Director
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its foundation in 1990. From 1985 to 1990, Mr Forget was Project Director for the Image Analysis group of Leco Instruments Ltd, a Canadian subsidiary of Leco Corporation, USA. From 1976 to 1985, Mr. Forget was Sales Manager, Eastern Canada for Leco Instruments Ltd.
Érik Grandjean, Director
Since 2003, Erik Grandjean is owner and CEO of Compumedia Design (CMD) a company who designs and markets various technology signage systems. Prior to this, he has acted as Executive Vice President for a venture capital organization (Soquia) and has been partner and general manager of a strategic planning consultant firm (SECOR). He has seated on several Boards amongst which as a Director on the Board of an important Food manufacturing company (Aliments Carrière). Mr. Grandjean graduated in Business and administration at Université Laval, has a Master in Economics, a License in Political sciences, and a License in Economics from Université de Genève.
Gilles L’Espérance, Director
Dr Gilles L’Espérance is Professor of Materials sciences at Ecole Polytecnique in Montreal since 1993. Since 1988, he is a director of CM2 (Centre de Caractérisation des Matériaux) at the Ecole Polytechnique School. Mr. L’Espérance obtained a metallurgy and materials science Doctorate from University of Birmingham (UK) in 1981.
Fréderic Tremblay, Director
Frédéric Tremblay is, since January 2001, Vice-President, Corporate and Financial Communications, at HKDP Communications and public affairs, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hill & Knowlton group. Previously, Mr. Tremblay held the position of Principal Advisor, Corporate and Financial Communications, with GPC Public Affairs. He worked nearly 15 years as a journalist, in particular with the Canadian Press news agency and with the Quebec City newspaper Le Soleil. Mr, Tremblay obtained its Bachelor in Economics from Université du Quebec in Trois-Rivières.
