Our Particulate Filter Analysis System offers an incredible range of properties and customizable parameters that can be used to isolate particles as small as 5 microns. The Clemex PSFilter is the perfect tool to analyze residue in fluids and wafer plates in clean rooms; it can be used for forensic analysis and much, much more.
