Semi-Automatic Hardness Tester
When performing a hardness test run, easy to use Clemex software will instruct the operator to move the stage to a predetermined location for each indent or measure to be made. Data is then displayed in the results windows where it can be exported to MS Excel or printed for report generation purposes. Used in conjunction with a manual or digital stage micrometer, the Clemex Hardness Tester CMT (Semi-automatic) system is the perfect solution for laboratories that process a low number of samples.

Knoop and Vickers hardness indenter
Knoop and Vickers hardness testing is made possible with the interchangeable indenter. Simply by changing the synthetic diamond used you can obtain either a Knoop hardness indent or a Vickers hardness indent. The software can also convert these results into Rockwell hardness.

If you need to measure both Knoop and Vickers on your then the Clemex Hardness Tester Dual Indenter is the instrument you need. Both indenters are installed permanently, so there is no need to change the synthetic diamond.

Clemex Sample Holder has a unique design, as you can see a test block is always next to your sample allowing the user to calibrate the hardness tester at any time without having to remove the sample. The sample holder can take different sample sizes and sample is easily removed with a drawer system.

Position sample material on the self-leveling or universal vise. No need to worry about sample orientation. The T-BAR rotation tool allows you to orient the stage pattern at any angle. |
| STEP 2 - Set Stage Pattern |

Load a predefined stage pattern or define a new one with a few simple mouse clicks. Position stage to the sample starting point and set the origin. You can set up to 36 samples or traverses of any number of indents. |
| STEP 3 - Run Sequence |

Launch the test by clicking on the run icon. The system intelligently follows the predefined pattern and focuses automatically when needed. Indents are measured instantaneously and data generated dynamically. |
