Object Grid
A Binary Instruction that draws a grid perpendicular to the center line of an irregular object in order to measure its thickness.

Color Channel to Greyscale
A function that converts color component (red, green, blue, hue saturation or intensity) of an image to grey level.

Set Intensity Level on Bitplane
Set fixed intensity under each binary object.

Restore Stage Focus Instruction
Allows to recall the focus setting of previous run for running a second routine with optical condition in which focusing is difficult.

Relative Grey Threshold
An "Automatic Threshold" function based on the average intensity of the sample background. Features of interest are binarized dynamically, calculating the detection range as a percentage of the background intensity. Detection is thus completely independent of scene illumination.
