2. Obtain Consistent, Repeatable Measures

With computer controlled load and timing, focus (0.1 microns per step), shading correction, and DC regulated light source capabilities, results are extracted objectively and are reproducible regardless of the number of indents measured. The graph below demonstrates a run that shows a ± 2.4 HV variation for 25 consecutive measures on the same indent, with auto-focus for each measure.
