7. Versatile Test Patterns

With a complete stage control interface, you can rapidly create one or multiple indentation patterns. A few mouse clicks will enable you to save, copy, or paste your patterns to predefined locations. The T-BAR rotation tool allows you to rotate your pattern at any angle to accommodate sample tilt or to ensure perpendicularity to an edge. Up to 36 patterns per run can be implemented.
