To contact technical support please make sure you have your System Id close by.  If your are not covered by the warranty or the ClemexCare service plan, Clemex also offers technical support at an hourly rate of US$150.00 (minimum 1 hour).

How to find your System Id
Your System Id is the first four digits of your HASP key, This number can be found different ways:
1- Inside your Clemex CD Pocket, look for a small label.
2- On the physical HAPS key (behind the computer, the HASP key is connected to your parallel or USB port)
3- In your Clemex software click on Help > Product Registration

With your System Id email to support@clemex.com (you will be contacted within 24 hours).
