by. If your are not covered by the warranty or the ClemexCare service plan, Clemex also
offers technical support at an hourly rate of US$150.00 (minimum 1 hour).
How to find your System Id
Your System Id is the first four digits of your HASP key, This number can be
found different ways:
1- Inside your Clemex CD Pocket, look for a small label.
2- On the physical HAPS key (behind the computer, the HASP key is connected to
your parallel or USB port)
3- In your Clemex software click on Help > Product Registration
With your System Id email to
support@clemex.com
(you will be contacted within 24 hours).
