Before submitting a ticket 

When you are ready to submit a technical support request please make sure you have the following details on hand:

  1. Your contact info
  2. The Clemex product you are enquiring about
  3. The System ID

This is important as it will help us answer your questions and process your ticket in the most effective manner possible.

Where to find my System ID

The System ID is located on the USB dongle provided with the computer that the software is installed on.

You can also find the System ID when you run your Clemex software. Go to the Help menu and click on About Clemex. The first four digits of the serial key are your System ID.
