Powder particle analysis
Two particle specimens (Sample #1 and Sample #2) are submitted for image analysis to characterize the particles and measure the sizes.

Clemex solution for Powder particle analysis
Solution
Demonstrate the ability of the Clemex Vision image analysis system to discriminate and measure the particles in the field of view. The methods and operations used are discussed in the report linked at the bottom of this page (click the Download PDF link).
Results
Length, Circular Diameter, Aspect Ratio, Sphericity and Roughness were measured on the particles in each field. Automated statistics and graphs were generated and presented in the Appendix. Final results can be printed directly from Clemex Vision. Raw data are linked to their respective objects for validation purpose. Raw data can also be exported in Excel format. The complete results can be found in the attached report.
