Sand particle characterization
A small pouch of sand was submitted for analysis. An image analysis system was used to obtain a grain size (length) distribution of sand particles.

Clemex solution for sand particle characterization
Solution
Demonstrate the ability of the Clemex Vision image analysis system to obtain a grain size (length) distribution of sand particles. The methods and operations used are discussed in the report linked at the bottom of this page (click the Download PDF link).
Results
Length measurements are performed on the sand particles. Automated statistics and graph are generated and cumulated during the analysis of the sample. Final results can be printed directly from Clemex Vision. Raw data can be exported in Excel format.
